• Ownership Disclaimer: Shimoku explicitly disclaims ownership or control over third-party entities integrated with its platform.
• User Responsibility: Users acknowledge that by engaging with these third-party services, they are entrusting their information to external entities.
• Privacy Governance: The use of third-party services within Shimoku is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers. Users are encouraged to refer to Google's privacy policy (see here for more information on how Google uses information) for comprehensive details on data practices.

How do we utilize your information?

At Shimoku, we employ your personal information for a variety of operational purposes, including:

There are no transfers of User data.

However, there may be communications to our technology service providers with whom we have formalized a contract establishing the appropriate security measures applicable to the processing of data.Exercise of rights

We also inform you that you may exercise your rights before the competent supervisory authority. In your case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), domiciled at Calle Jorge Juan, nº6, 28001 Madrid.

Measures and levels of security

Shimoku has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.

Likewise, Shimoku guarantees that it has implemented mechanisms to:

1. Ensure the continued confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the processing systems and services.
2. Restore availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.
3. Regularly verify, evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to ensure the security of the processing.
4. Pseudonymize and encrypt personal data, where appropriate.

Changes to the security and data protection policy

Shimoku reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to new legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as those that may derive from existing standard codes on the subject, or due to strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of said modification on the Shimoku website. We will keep you informed about this and, if necessary, obtain the appropriate legitimization basis for the processing.

Communications of data made by the User himself/herself

Before providing personal data relating to third parties on the Website, the User must obtain their prior and express consent, having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold Shimoku harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that it may be obliged to bear as a result of the User’s failure to comply with the duty described in this paragraph.
